All donations and or compensation are given before time and or property will be shared or given;

Each man or woman takes full responsibility for themselves, and does agree to treat others of mankind with respect; by appointment, when entering onto the property: Spey River Farm, Newtonmore; you acknowledge and accept the presence of free-roaming animals, including but not limited to: Highland cows and goats, and you willingly assume the associated risks;

We reserve the right to terminate, or to remove access to property, a particular offering, or to remove or edit any content on the website, at our sole discretion, whether or not a donation or compensation has been made in order to be a part of such an offering on or off this website;

Any property that we as mankind did create, we hereby claim as our property;

Other than what we share with our service provider(s) (kindly refer to our privacy policy); Any information you provide, you do so in the private; We consider the information you provide as your property; We will respect your property and keep it private;

All who attend any appointments offered are responsible for their own circumstances, and for their application of any guidance they may receive while in attendance, and agree not to attempt to make those who may host or any others of mankind who may be in attendance responsible for said circumstances, and or for any consequences of such application;

By visiting and or staying with us, you accept responsibility for any and all damages you may cause during your stay and or visit, and agree to cover all related costs without delay;

Bookings are only confirmed when full payment is received; partial or pending payments are not considered as complete;

Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis, and the agreed date and time for your appointment or stay will not be reserved until full payment is received; Until payment is completed, your date and time may be given to someone else;

Once you schedule a visit to our farm, it is your responsibility to ensure you find the location before your appointment or stay; We are not liable for any difficulties you may encounter in locating the farm;

You are responsible for managing your dietary needs and any allergies you may have. We will not be held liable for any adverse reactions that may occur when you taste or consume the foods we offer;

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the shop. Each Batch is unique therefore the colour can vary slightly. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate;

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time;

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations;

You are entitled to cancel your order, for any reason, up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel within this time, we will issue a refund in full within 14 days of the order;

Our products are all handmade in house with great care and attention;

However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item to us unused, in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving your goods. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost for the return of your item. Shipping cost is non-refundable;

Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled by you will not be exchangeable;

If your return is approved, we will refund the value of the item/s or exchange it for you;

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, we shall endeavour to notify you as soon as possible should any such events or circumstances occur;

*Established subscription members—those who have maintained a membership for at least four months—are eligible for discounts on products and stays;
